Part of the founding Melchor Contracting team, Martin manages the pre-contract stage and project start-ups for all major projects. Martin has extensive experience in civil construction and large complex resource and public infrastructure projects. Martin is an experienced Project Manager and Civil Estimator with an emphasis on project planning and the importance of early engagement and value engineering in close consultation with clients.

General Manager - Operations, Director
With over 20 years of experience within the construction industry, Dylan started his career with trade beginnings as a Carpenter. Through various leadership positions, Dylan has gained insights into the inner workings of operations-based roles, which enables him to provide valuable support to office and site-based teams across multiple disciplines. Dylan is well-regarded in the industry for his passionate advocacy for mental health and emotional wellbeing and leads Melchor Contracting's support of MATES in Construction.

Hadiah is a passionate and dynamic HR Generalist with over 7 years of professional experience in the Building and Construction Industry. With a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Human Resource Management and Management), Hadiah provides an effective HR service while developing and driving HR strategies. Hadiah is an exceptional leader with a unique style that's both engaging and empathetic. Hadiah works closely with site personnel, head office teams, and senior management to coach and support individuals in achieving their full potential.
Chris Webb
HSE Manager
In a rapidly growing company, Chris is responsible for the expansion and development of the HSE team and oversees that all Melchor Contracting business units are supported to perform their work safely and efficiently. A dynamic leader, Chris monitors the implementation, update, review and audit of company HSE systems and processes to ensure compliance. He works closely with site and office-based teams, collating data and preparing reports to inform the Executive Leadership Team and communicate change within the business.
Simon Beaman
Commercial Manager
Simon is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in Road, Rail, Marine, Oil and Gas projects throughout Western Australia. As our Commercial Manager, Simon is responsible for leading the project controls process for all Melchor Contracting projects. Simon's transition from engineering to project management has provided a strong foundation for efficient project control processes. His knowledge of construction allows an objective and proactive approach to commercial control and ensures that Melchor Contracting's projects are delivered with certainty to our clients.

Well-respected in the construction industry, Michael is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and effective management of Melchor Contracting's Engineering function. He leads a diverse and high-performing team, drawing upon his over 25 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Switzerland and Australia. Throughout his career, Michael has worked across various industries, including Commercial Construction, Civil, and Mining Infrastructure.

With over 10 years work experience as a Civil Engineer with emphasis on quality management, quality assurance and quality control, Isabel ensures quality extends to every aspect of Melchor Contracting's operations. Isabel's dedication to quality assurance extends beyond just the technical aspects of construction. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement has been instrumental in Melchor Contracting's ability to consistently deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Peter Byers is a seasoned Contract Management specialist who has amassed over two decades of international expertise in the construction industry. An integral part of the Melchor Contracting team since its inception, Peter’s primary responsibility is working with the pre-contract team to negotiate and finalise project contracts, both upstream and downstream. He is tasked with developing and implementing commercial controls to streamline project delivery while supporting Melchor Contracting's project teams.
